I build AI products, work across startups, and study cybersecurity. Most of my time goes to four things: Alqtech, a product studio in Muscat where I run engineering; Lerix, a crash-reporting and AI-debugging platform for app developers where I am CTO; Env.ai, a computer-vision system that sorts plastic waste, and took me to the London International Youth Science Forum representing Oman; and Raf, an AI e-commerce platform for small Omani businesses. I started competing in hackathons before I could ship production code, and kept going until shipping was the faster way to win. This page is the record of what came out of that.
What I'm building
Alqtech
2026 - Present- Product studio in Muscat. I own engineering, architecture, and technical strategy.
- Technical direction end to end: full-stack web platforms, AI integrations, and delivery.
- Products shipped include Lerix, Shbabna, and Hader, alongside client work for Cyfr Capital and Nazdher.
- Set the engineering standards the studio ships against, code quality, security, and systems that survive handover.
Lerix
2026 - Present- Crash reporting, push notifications, and AI debugging for apps, built at Alqtech.
- Shipped with SDKs for Flutter, iOS, Android, React, Next.js, Angular, NestJS, Python, and ASP.NET.
- The AI debugger reads stack traces against a connected GitHub repo; a native MCP server makes the data queryable from Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Represented Lerix at LEAP 5, 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Env.ai
2025 - Present- Computer-vision system that sorts plastic waste by type, 82-93% accuracy in real-world pilot testing.
- 1st Place at Engineering Bash Hackathon, 2nd Place at South Al-Sharqiyah Hackathon (top 30 of 720 teams).
- Collaboration interest from Oman LNG and be'ah.
- Represented Oman at LIYSF 2025 in London, 400+ participants from 90+ countries.
Raf
2024 - Present- AI-assisted e-commerce platform for the Omani market: automated store setup, pricing, competitor tracking, and analytics. Led a 12-person team.
- Selected among Oman's top 40 startups from 300+ applicants for Injaz Oman 2025.
- 97 businesses signed up within 3 days of the Injaz Oman demo.
- Best Visual Advertisement, Injaz Oman 2025.
- National coverage on Oman TV, Radio Oman, Nabd Al Shabab, Oman News Agency, and Al Sahwa News.
